Contribute a disaster recovery program evaluation report to help build Australia's evidence base for disaster recovery.

The National Disaster Recovery Monitoring and Evaluation Database contains evaluation reports to help us learn from past disasters. It also has specific monitoring and evaluation data, such as outcomes, activities and indicators, to help with disaster recovery program design and evaluation.

Provide your details
Attach the evaluation report
Attach the monitoring and evaluation summary sheet

To help with your submission you can view other reports in the database and use the National Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for Disaster Recovery Programs.

Monitoring and Evaluation Summary Sheet

When you submit a report to be included in the database, you will also need to submit a Monitoring and Evaluation Summary Sheet. This will help to succinctly capture key information for the database.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Summary Sheet asks you to group the major recovery activities your program undertook with outcomes the activity was trying to achieve and any indicators used to measure its success.

To assist in this process, a predetermined list of outcomes, activities and indicators associated with recovery programs was developed and is available for download here: Outcomes, Activities and Indicators for Recovery Programs (PDF 0.4MB)

If the predetermined outcomes, indicators and activities are not compatible with your program, please create your own and indicate where you have done so.
